The journey to parenthood can be very unpredictable and stressful. This is made worse by an industry with many agencies that do not have intended parents’ best interest at heart all the time. We quickly learnt this and after a lot of anxiety, tears and sadness, Dr Kumar and his team took our hands when we needed it the most and that was the end of all our concerns. By entrusting WFI with the whole process, and by knowing they truly care and are experts in what they do, we had nothing but a relaxed experience further on. We started experiencing the excitement and joy that we have been wanting for the past year. Our biggest mistake was not to use WFI for every aspect of our journey from the start. Dr Kumar and his team is professional and available for you when you need them. They take care to be thorough and give you the best possible outcome. Even though our journey is far from complete, we have full faith and trust that they will do their best to make it as smooth and successful as possible. We are both medical doctors and know that for every good review, there are tens of other happy and satisfied patients/parents. I can not recommend WFI high enough.
